so it would be inserted on a combustible flash drive or something

i would make it so that every time they try to go to a website it sends them to a different, random website
it would eventually swap out some of their files with random images from those websites, and would later randomly close tabs, pause videos, sign them up for random paid subscriptions, create them accounts for random websites, change volume and brightness, change backgrounds and profile pictures, post ai-generated images on random websites they had an account on, start competitive rounds of online games and randomly play a really loud, annoying, 20 second long noise

I would have the Bean Virus, which starts by making the wallpaper an image of beans(changes back every hour) and downloads the same image of beans one every hour. After 3 days, it makes occasional errors saying "BEANS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" After 10, it would get more pushy, starting to want its beans. It would also download bean images every 30 minutes after 10 days. After 30, it would download beans every 10 minutes and errors would overflow your computer, saying things like "I WANT MY BEANS!!!" or "You should give me your beans... NOW!"
