Psssst . . . ANYONE with clearance will tell you that illegally possessing classified documents -- some of which are now know to have been top-secret -- IS . . . illegal in and of itself. Storing such documents in unsecured locations is also illegal. Anyone cleared to handle confidential or above material gets this drummed into their skulls.
