Definitely. I think the gun laws we have right now (by which I mean the outlawing of semi and fully automatics, because if it’s truly only for self defense, you don’t need to carry a rifle with you to make sure you don’t get mugged lol)
Are pretty good. We definitely need a full mental screening before someone can purchase a gun, and we need to up security in public places with a lot of people. These measures could reduce mass shootings but it’s never 100% secure. I think guns are necessary for self defense, but nothing more than a pistol really unless it’s a hunting rifle or for shooting at targets (which you can rent anyway)

Yes, I think that someone seeking asylum in “the land of the free” should be let it. I know populations would rise, but I think we can manage by letting them live in all the empty homes we still have (as long as the people who own them agree, they probably won’t though”
