There are PLENTY of glitches to do this, but I agree with frost

The hermits do have access to commands so he could've easily placed that.

Yea I understand that, it's my fault for phrasing it wrong. What I truly ment was that it took me while to notice that this portal was not natural, taking me a couple re-watches to actually realize. I'm sorry about that.
