It's not a direct quote, but I think the general tone is accurate.
The stupid cows on "The View" certainly don't seem to be assigning any blame to the senile creep. They've gone as far as saying Trump planted the documents in the senile creep's garage. (Since then, more documents have been discovered in that house.)
More than anything else, I believe I intended this meme as a preventive measure. The libs have been saying that EVERYTHING in the senile creep's presidency has been just fine. BUT THAT'S NOT GOING TO CUT IT THIS TIME! And maybe it's just fair to let them know that!
