Yeah, that's the funniest part of his shit that I keep thinking back on - I twice worked jobs inside SCIFs and when I quit those jobs they inspected every scrap of paper that I took out the door with me the final time.

Even while I was working there they would have random inspections, different times and entry/exit ways where the guards would inspect anything that you had on you looking for any kind of prohibited item or classified document.

Oh yeah, I'm right there with you. They essentially had a "two strikes" rule for contractors like me. Two security violations and you lost your clearance which means that you lost your job because the contracting company took a hit in their award fee for every security violation.

I'm much happier working in the private sector.
