Wymar rewinds time to come back to life, while Mr. Void just comes back, another body just appears for some reason.

He could control his portals, just when one of the “transformed” get angry, the can’t control themselves, lose their moral compass, and attack whoever made them angry, and whoever tries to stop them.

(One extra thing to note, gunslingers friends, Johnathan and Natalie can stop him because he has a soft spot for them and will not attack them)
