- Halo Infinite is free but the campaign is $60.
- COD: Warzone is free, but the games are $60.
- Overwatch 2 will have a PVE mode, but it’s been delayed, and it will be locked behind a paywall.

Games like Rocket League, Warzone and Fall Guys are all free because they’re PVP-only, thus compelling you to pay money for cosmetics.

This is why I hate games like Battlefield 2042 or Black Ops 4. There’s no campaign or PVE mode (BO4 at least has zombies but still), but it’s still $60 to buy. I could play PVP for free anywhere else. Why would I waste that much money?
