How is this bill unconstitutional...

Since I can't trust BritishMormon, I know this bill will be a motion to ban all non white members of this stream.

It's a stupid bill, but it's not unconstitutional. It only becomes unconstitutional if anybody tries to use it to ban people they don't like. Which will never happen as long as Olympian is stream owner.
But it's a do nothing bill. At least my gnome bill is trying to make some fun for the stream.

His history on this stream indicates he will try to use this bill for evil. But he will not be able to, so it's not a huge problem.

Olympian isn't in Congress. So his vote doesn't even count.

But he's owner which is concerning because he's making this stream further and further to the right because even the Politics stream is pretty much too much to the right and if it goes further to the right, I'd be using Politics_Redux more often.

Imgflip_Presidents has always been a centre-right stream, but now with a record low liberals and a Far-Right partee in charge, things can change a lot.

I wouldn't worry about Olympian. He's been on this stream since the beginning and is hardly the problem.
As to why the stream can't get any liberals? That's another conversation entirely.
