Here is the lore. After Jerry’s world was destroyed and his family was taken. He was beginning to become lonely. One day jerry came upon a strange shard. He had had for years then had decided to use it to power his robot, it for some reason gave it a mind. He named it Barry after his son. 5 years passed since Barry was created. But then he got the news Jerry had died. After mourning for a couple of days, Barry is ready to burst into action. Now the topic on what the shard came from, simply no one knows. All Jerry knows is that it was shattered into 4 pieces. Now jerry knew something was weird about the shard. He died knowing that he never found out. But Jerry could be revived somehow. The cloning machines were offline, all someone needs to do is find the power core. Barry is the core, his shard can power any device. This shards origin needs to be found out. Barry thinks if he revives jerry he can finally get answers. Now I never mentioned this before but I think I should. Jerry stabbed himself a little he actually died because of reasons unknown. All Barry knows is he tried to put the shard in and it refused. Causing an energy blast that knocked Jerry out and gave him severe burns. These burns nearly killed him. To this day nobody knows what the shard is or where it came from but on thing is clear, it is powerful.
