You know how bad it looks that Russia's army is so terrible at their job that they were stopped by Ukrainian forces that DIDN'T get billions in foreign aid?



That's even worse than the truth: the billions have gone to that, the counteroffensive against the Russian invasion. And it worked. Russia got its ass kicked. THAT is where the billions have gone.
