Man I floss routinely to avoid this. I use mouth wash and hot water to sanitize the floss pick. Then mouthwash sanitize my toothbrush and scrub my cheeks. I am suppose to scrub my tongue too!!! Toothpaste, mouth wash and I finish by rinsing my mouth out with water.
