Who tells the people using this algorithm, "that information came from Cesar's office". Who watches the atheist with Cesar knowledge fail in Rome's church? Who beheads the infidel? When should the infidel be beheaded?
Who forgives when the disbeliever, understands the god of grace blessed Cesar with pursuit?
