I forgot the number but it's a humanoid bird creature with large blades on it's arms, and it can kill people across the world
The way people can know if it's about to kill them is if they start hearing random clicking, this goes on for months in some cases, but when the clicking stops is when it's about to strike
Whenever it kills someone it can be seen in it's chamber moving as if it's eating something, but nothing is there
While the person getting killed loses large chunks of their body
