I don't know if your mom or grandmom is real. I also don't know if your mom knows about Saint Joan of Arc. It sounds like she knows french feminism.

Your mom could like to test her Buddhist beliefs. Ask a modern french traditionalist if whoever isn't promoting a "tomboy". Then ask a Jehovah's witness if a pray or chant could return Joan.

Some would say your mom is just asking time about tomboys. An older primitive religion. Then a new one, also built upon Christ.
