yes, i know. Just like every stream i created or became a moderator in.

For making new streams check throughly to make sure it doesn’t already exist, and for getting mod, try and be a helpful and active user in streams you want to be mod in.
Take note of things like approval speed. If a stream you like has a slow approval speed, and you are a positive user around the owner of the stream, you can bring that up to the owner and maybe get mod.

it's mostly because the streams i'm mod or created have like no users, or the other mods and owners don't even use imgflip anymore. Case in point: the link above. Sky_The_Dragon created it.

If you want users in a stream you create you need to create the right stream
I didn’t create this stream, but I did find it. When I found it the stream was dead, but the least dead of WoF streams. I found users interested in WoF by searching WoF keywords in imgflip and informing users that this stream both existed and was now active.
Getting active streams takes work
