I love it!

I like how you made the knifeboi and the amalgameme's role a perfect fit in the storyline, and 401 and Mr trollface seem great too!

But for one suggestion for an improvement, the amalgameme does occasionally summon minions but it doesn't run away and will always be aggresive at anyone that comes near. it will only stop fighting when you hurt it enough that starts to melt and eventually collapses and falls to the ground, scattering fragments of memes everywhere.

also wymar should meet knifeboi when she finds an ancient portal or some sort of transport that malfunctions and sends her to knifeboi's lab (because knifeboi's lab is on a tiny planet orbiting the citadel). Wymar should be able to go to the citadel after beating the amalgameme and the abandoned hospital could be in a remote part of the citadel

But knifeboi has no intentions to hurt redi, so he tells wymar to go to stickmania so she can perhaps negotiate with redi to get some weaponry, but he never finds out that she killed redi until later on

I hope Larry is in part 2
