John 14:6 says that Jesus is the only way to heaven. That means that people who don't accept him as their savior don't go to heaven, and hell is the only other option.

I believe there's also a verse where Jesus says he will forgive any sin except for blasphemy of the Holy Spirit. That would include forgiving murder

Catholics also believe in purgatory so heaven and hell aren't the only options.
