I read Articles 5 & 6 of the constitution, I don't see that we have to be approved by the HoS, especially that we're now in opposition...

Article 6: Senate
Section 1: The Senate shall be formed of at least 15 members. Anyone is welcome to join the Senate if they so wish as long as they have their paperwork in order, have obtained a free voter ID from the Imgflip DMV, and have been elected or appointed by a stream to represent them. No government stream including IMGFLIP_PRESIDENTS, political party stream, or stream that provides a service to PRESIDENTS such as IMGFLIP_BANK or IMGFLIP_DMV may appoint a Senator.

Senators don't represent parties, they represent streams (that's what I saw from a past comment, but I forgot where I found that comment because it was a while ago that I saw it)

So the 5 to 5 was still a fair compromise.

I favor the total results, unless the math is nasty in which case I'll go to the HOC race specifically. Constitution just says percentage of the vote or something, but doesn't specify, so it kinda leaves it up to interpretation.
