I started with bedrock too, and vastly prefer java. I still don't understand how bedrock is "easier to use" as when it comes to controls and movement alone, they feel the same.

Bedrocks better for playing with your friends because it's compatible with all devices but java is better for solo or hardcore because it hase more features (and bedrock doesn't have hardcore)
