Sorry not sorry, but N64 Rainbow road feels more like Luigi Raceway, than the actual Luigi Raceway; Think about it. In Luigi's Raceway, you have slow down because of grass and sand, tight spaces in the tunnel, and nearby stands with promotion. N64 Rainbow Road is just a railed in version, with a chain chomp, that can last for 6 or more minutes
