there is a rule in msmg titled "underage users". as I cite the rule:
If the ToS isn’t clear enough, any underage users will be banned from the stream. And any user who detects an underage user should report said user to an active owner. This is a 13+ site. Content on MSmg is targeted for 13+ users and would cause great harm to underage viewers. If you're 12, don't act like it.
