they must work equal then, i never saw a female miner mining in the saltmines, so they dont equally paid until they do the same hard jobs as man

They don’t get paid until they stop taking easy routes and do as well as men. They are scientifically proven to be physically suited to the work they do and not to ours.

well, then men are also scientifically proven to work better at higher positions then female's, so the female's need to stop wanting higher positions because they are not good with that, or atleast men are better in with that
