Do you think we should have a bill to promise to crackdown on spam or should we be making public campaigning about Imgflip_Presidents After Dark where all the spam should go

On the one hand, his posts were completely off-topic not to mention literally insane, and it seems he has zero interest in the roleplay. Anyone stopping by who might be interested in this stream while he happens to be on a posting binge could be forgiven for never darkening the door again.

Well, I vote freedom, for now, though continue to monitor this.

If he comes back to post like a dozen or two dozen memes per day, at a steady pace, with none of them being relevant or even comprehensible, then at some point a crackdown would have to occur.

So I guess we should encourage users to use Imgflip_Presidents After Dark for spam with campaigns and testimonies (meaning stories of users' experience with following Imgflip_Presidents After Dark) and stuff like that.

But yeah, a crackdown is not necessary straight away but campaigns will be step no 1.
