After Qatar, you'd think that a second World Cup in the Middle East would be a non-starter. It'd probably have to be played in November and December, and I don't tnink anybody wants to go through that again.

Indeed. The human rights issues came up on several occasions. Another issue involved the migrant labor used to build the stadiums...little better than slave labor, it was...thse same issues would come up with a World Cup in Saudi.
