The National Labor Relations Board is saying that it's okay if he doesn't want the elves to unionize, but he can't import those presents into the U.S. Now the Interstate Commerce Commission is making him stop for sleigh weigh-ins and to check load balancing! Last year New York City hit him with a huge fine for violating their "pooper scooper" law ... ... Reindeer, ya know ... And where the heck can he get emergency oxygen masks that fit reindeer? The FAA jumped on him about that last year. The sleigh looks really screwed up now with all the extra extensions in the front! And a reindeer defibrillator?? Did he really need to get reindeer CPR certification?? You wouldn't believe the size of the flight plan he has to file! He's not visiting the White House this year ... restricted air space. If he gets too close, the Secret Service has shoulder-fired surface-to-air missiles. By the way, if he's a bit late this year, ... it's probably all the new passport checks, etc. We hear he’s been having problems getting his visa renewed. Supposedly he's not worried about some of these town ordinances against "illegals". But in case he doesn't show up there, who knows ... Did Homeland Security really have to do a "full body" search? C'mon! Do you have any idea how hard it is to get reindeer through a security scanner? And how the heck did his name get on a terrorist watch list anyway ??? ... Well, actually, I can understand the last one ... How many people travel that much ... in a year ... for legitimate purposes?
