Here's a tip I've found helpful with cats:

Their faces are made of two squares with rounded edges, and housecats (or small cats) have triangle ears, big cats have oval ears.

Get references, and watch tutorials on how to draw a bengal cat, and then add some cartoony features to it to make it anthropomorphic.
