Yes . . . aside from strictly politically partisan impeachment proceedings -- which is NOT how it was supposed to be -- as of now a presiding judge still requires meaningful charges that are actual violations of some existing law somewhere and also spot on evidence to justify going to court. In that regards every single one of these 'get Trump' attempts has failed.
A LEFTIST JOURNALIST -- DID YOU CATCH THAT PART? -- WROTE ABOUT THE JAN 6TH REFERRAL OF TRUMP TO THE DOJ:; WHAT'S BEING CALLED A "CRIMINAL REFERRAL" BY THE JAN 6 COMMITTEE HAS NO BASIS AT ALL IN ANY STATUTE OR HOUSE RULE, THEY JUST PUT OUT A WORD DOCUMENT AND MADE UP A SERIOUS-SOUNDING NAME FOR IT. OR IN OTHER WORDS PEOPLE, IT AIN'T REAL. IT'S JUST MEANINGLESS VIRTUE SIGNALING BY THE LOSERS ON THE JAN 6TH COMMITTEE. MERRY CHRISTMAS.
