Decent in some formats, only one weakness helps it, but I think Terastalizations gonna really help it out this gen. 6/10

Gardevoir! :D

Gardevoir has always had a neesh use as a “come in early, deal quick damage, faint, then let the other Pokémon handle it” type of Pokémon. Always kinda middle of the road, but it did get a buff when it got the fairy type. 6.5/10

Niche

My favoite would be Gallade, but I'm not sure it will do as well as Gardevoir, since Gardevoir is a fairy type, one of the best typings in the game. But I just love Gallade's design in general.

Gallade, like gardevoir, is a very middle of the road pokemon. Basically anything that applies to gardevoir also applies to gallade, so imma give it the same rating I gave gardevoir. 6.5/10

Metagross.

Being a pseudo legendary, Metagross is a very powerful. I’ve seen it run choice band bullet punch, and as a trick room sweeper. Metagross was always an “ol’ reliable” that could be thrown on about any team. 7.75/10

I already know Eevee will get a Ava’s rating, so I’ll go for my 2nd favorite, Greninja.

Greninja was easily one of, if not THE, best Pokémon in gen 6 and 7. However, I do not believe it will stay the same this generation. The reason it was so good was because Protein gave it stab for everything. Protean has been nerfed this gen though, so while Greninja is still good, Ash-Greninja will be more responsible for any success. 7/10

gengar

bronzong (it got good defense)

Since it’s introduction, Bronzong has been to and fro from viability. It mainly has uses as a trick room setter, but has seen a lot of use for offense as well. I’ve also heard it’s one of the better Pokémon in random battles this generation. 7.5/10

midnight lycanroc

It’s very difficult to rank midnight lycanroc specifically, because most people run the midday or dusk variant’s because of their access to Accelerock. The few times I’ve seen the midnight variant do much of anything, it’s been where it uses swords dance to buff its attack, and then use inaccurate but strong moves like Iron Tail and Stone edge that cannot miss thanks to No Guard. 6.5/10

I run it in competitive with counter and focus slash, it's so stupid that no one expects it and it works

Eevee, being a little cup Pokémon, obviously won’t do anything in any other format aside from maybe set up a double omniboost with its Z-Move in National Dex and then use baton pass, in little cup it has some very neesh uses, manly as a “protect first turn then spam adaptability+silk scarf+last resort” Pokémon. 6/10

Niche

Already did eevee so imma do Lucario.
It’s mid. Like, actually it is the most middle of the road you can find. It’s not bad, it’s not good, it is there. 5/10

what about mega

Mega Lucario…
Well, I’m not familiar enough with gen 6 meta, but from my understanding, it was busted. It had adaptability and massive stats, and was in Ubers. 9/10

Meowscarada

One of the better Pokémon added this generation, Meowscrada has the stat spread and ability that put both Greninja and Ciderace in Ubers. If protien hadn’t been nerfed this gen, it would be broken. Meowscrada is still really good, being in the OU smogon tier. 8/10

Skrunkly cat

i have 2, cinderace and eternatus

I don’t think I have to cover Cinderace. That fine gentleman got himself into Uber tier the moment it got access to Libero. Expect it to be everywhere when the Cinderace raid event drops. 9/10.
While I personally loved using eturnatus competitively, it does basically only have one use.
Piss. People. Off. It is the literal god of stall… which isn’t very good seeing as the majority of gen 8 meta restricted you to two legendary Pokémon. Having one of your two powerhouses taken up by a stall mon is rarely good. 6/10.

glimmora

Glimmora is easily one of the best entry hazard setters ever created. It learns stealth rocks and spikes, and Toxic Debris allows it to set up TSpikes. Combine that with its monster SpAtk stat, and it’s scary. 8.5/10

i dont think that seviper is going to get that good of a rating, but i like it. i like to go by as if it was my seviper in scarlet and violet, level 63, with a move set of tera blast (dragon tera type) night slash, crunch, and sludge bomb.

This one is difficult.
I do not think I have seen ANYONE run Seviper seriously before. But I guess it’s mid coverage and not TERRIBLE stats. 4/10, just because I don’t know how it works.

well, its pretty simple. if you make seviper hold a focus band, do sludge bomb, and if the focus band works out and the sludge bomb poisons the target, (if not i just heal stall) then i can easily switch out to a different pokemon like my corvinight and use fly i can easily crush any opponent.

also my seviper recently learned gunk shot to replace sludge bomb

What if they are poison type?

use crunch. if it gets a flinch, i can easily switch out unharmed. but with the whole focus band works out or if it doesnt crit or one shot, i will easily be able to max potion. its that simple. and i dont do competitive online often, so im under the point of view that friendship stuff works. i often do picnics and play with my seviper, so she usually lives on 1 hp so the focus band BOOSTS the chances by a lot. then the crit wishing to be praised. but the breaking through status doesnt matter at all due to shed skin.

Why are you not using any moves that are super effective or have STAB? The flinch-fishing seems like an odd technique when you could just switch out without attacking, or use a ground or psychic type move. It is unlikely that a non-super-effective move that doesn't have STAB would ever one-shot something, besides a Shedinja.

Crunch does not cause flinch.
Healing items cannot be used, unless held by a Pokémon. (specific items)

Mudkip. I guess you'll have to use Little Cup rankings for fairness.
