I was let go for not taking what the media called a vaccine after working through the pandemic, I would never return to that job after being treated that way. I willing to bet they will only get a small percentage of the workers they need.

Agreed, I worked when others hid at home and watched videos all day. I had friends and even family they wouldn't get near me for being unvaxxed. I still get stink eye when I am around mask wearing holdouts. I was smart and saved all the overtime, I work for myself now. I will never work for anyone else again.
