Here's how to catch it

So, after you defeat ai turo/paradise protection protocol and watch through the credits iron valiant can spawn in area zero

But it doesn't just spawn anywhere

Go to the third research station, and go towards the archway that leads to a tree, but just before you get to the tree turn left and you'll find a secret cave

In this cave there are tons of different pokemon

Including iron valiant

The video I saw said that iron valiant is pretty rare but I found it pretty much instantly when I got to the large part of the cave

Maybe just find someone who has one and trade with them
