--Obama, in particular, as a former U.S. President and a top recent political figure, ought to be subject to most forms of mockery, even offensive ones (free speech interests are high).
--The AI has botched this job so badly that these images aren't evidence of much of anything but horror.

Don't get me wrong, it's still racist, just not racist enough to be a site terms violation. Possibly. But maybe.

Putin isn't just any Slav - like Obama, he's a political leader of first-order historical import. Out of political free speech interests, he's subject to lower standards of mockery.

He also happens to be the leader of a state that's gone to war with... well, another Slavic state. So "anti-Slav racism" is one of the worst possible explanations for why anyone looking at this conflict would side with Ukraine or against Russia. Neither state has a monopoly on being Slavic, nor do any of these others.
