Plus, when someone’s around, you don’t ever use their pronouns. You use ‘you’, not ‘he’ ‘she’ or ‘ze’. You use them only when they are not present. When they can’t tell whether you misgender them or not. And as I have demonstrated, you use they/them when their gender is ambiguous/refers to a group of people who consist of more than one gender.
