Jasper was the first test subject with a soul to be converted into a character. It became a failure and he supposedly died. But he actually WAS alive and first formed into this: imgflip.com/i/72u12k . Baby bendy was the second test subject so a different kid was used.

Eventually Jasper found the secret to make himself look more perfect so this is him now: imgflip.com/i/72bpju
