When Jasper was first human, he gotten into a carriage crash that left him paralyzed so he has to be in a wheelchair. Now that he’s been inkified, he doesn’t need the wheelchair

so when he was human he couldn't move it move it

But not anymore! He can walk now!

So basically cut off one of his feet and he won’t even notice
