Redi usually hangs out in the stickpalace (the community center) and gives people powers that they want unless it's too OP, he isn't able to hang out there long unfortunately because every 10 minutes or so something bad happens that Redi needs to fix. It's a stressful life for him, he might hold out applications for people to get a copy of his staff so they can fix things themselves.
