The Omega Ankh is a craftible item (and only craftible) and it requires the Crystal of Eternity (the COE is made by putting the Crystal Of Creation and Crystal Of Destruction into a cosmilite anvil), Redi's staff head, Two ashes of Inklamity, Shadronian Omega lab parts, the golden egg, and 5 Omega Alloy bars.
