they're pretty cool - personally I'm not too big a fan of the sort of blur fur. But it's really hard to tell to say if I like a design or not if it's made on picrew - because I know for a fact you don't have complete control over the design. You should try and draw your own rendition of them, it might be fun ^^

Noone sucks at art - and the only way to be better at it is to suck. I can promise you any artist you like has sucked at art at one point or another. If you just keep throwing yourself at a canvas you'll make something amazing.

Yeah, I'm trying to practice humanoids on paper, but digital, haven't even started.

then do on paper, or start on digital, either way you're still learning. I used to be terrible at paper, so I did a lot of digital, and the things I learned from that transferred over. Techniques you learn will help you with all forms of art, from illustrations to sculpting.
