I thought that Joe was the "champion of labor"?
I'm a non-union P.O.S. capitalist and I get 56 hours of sick leave every year. I can take them whenever I want with no restrictions other than if I'm out more than 3 consecutive days I need a note from a doctor. I love the ability to punch out any time I've just had enough BS for one day.
