I agree but not many do. Thor 2 was a bit dark and I don't like the franchise going in that direction, so for that I enjoy thor 4 more even though it has a lot of issues, looks like it was directed by a 7 yo (chris hemsworth's own words) and drawn by a 5 yo. This had somewhat to do with me not liking of doctor strange 2 but my problem with that movie is that it's not really a doctor strange film, it's more a Wanda/America Chavez film. Doctor Strange has no character arc and it's really an origin story for America, which makes me wonder why they didn't just give her her own movie or TV show like they've done with ms marvel. (It's bc doctor strange is a household name by now and his name will get you in the theater).
No way home was so good (especially to see on opening day bc of the crowd). Idt ik anyone who doesn't think NWH was the best thing in phase 4.
Wandavision took a minute to get going but when it did, it had a lot of tension.
Shang chi was good and I definitely enjoyed it.
Wakanda forever had quite a bit of flaws, like Namor (they changed his race and origin story and motives, which will make comic fans mad, something Disney has constantly done with marvel [hello, she hulk]). Namor literally gives wakanda a week after he killed the queen before he destroys them all, and then shuri (right after walking off being impaled) buys that he will agree to help her make the world a better place bc she stopped his plan to destroy everyone. To say it's compassion is kinda unrealistic but it's also not very smart bc it's unlikely he's doing anything but pandering to her offer just to save himself. Also I'm not the biggest fan of Riri Williams from the comics for a lot of reasons, she's a bit of a jerk.
Quantumania looks really good but its a known fact that the MCU has mastered trailers so I hope the movie delivers.
