When I mean Owner/Mod Abuser, I mean someone that's abusing their Mod or Owner status I mean: disapproving things without a reason, being toxic with their status, ignoring comment flags that are important(There's an arguement that's getting out of hand), removing other mods, making other Owners into Moderators.

And the WORST of all is.. 

an Arkuum.

"What's an Arkuum?"

Where an owner removes every moderator, owner and sets the stream to Auto-Approve and then deletes themself.
