Any ideas who is this new character?

She is the person that began the cycle (probably she has yellow eyes)

she is the creature from heartbeat episode

well now that i think about it i actually have some theories

it could be Uzi's mom, if you look at the difference they are actually quite similar if you see that they both long hair with a tie on it on the left side. the other theory gives evidence to my first comment, the heart beat creature has a murder drone arm bandage. either that or its j's corpse being rebuilt with flesh.
