ok I understand what you're saying BUT some people are happy with what there born with but prefer to use the opposite sex's gender and pronouns because they want to be that gender but still want their sex's body parts, and some people don't get stressed out about it and are proud to be what they are and express it openly! also, there is a difference between Sex and gender Sex is more focused on body parts like if you have a dick than your sex is male, and gender is more focused on how the person feels about themself
And about the sexuality part, yes, most people do get worked up about them not knowing what they are, and it does stress people out but it's not hard to find it out, the ONLY reason someone gets "depressed" because of being a part of LGBTQ+ is because they're getting so much hate for liking the people they like, dressing the way that they dress, Ect. Ect. they don't get depressed because there confused about what they are they get depressed because of how much hate they get from home, in public, online, or all of them thank you and goodnight
