ok but a lot of people consider cat girls to be furries which are similar in the fact that (most of the time) they're at least partially animal

and werewolves have a second form which is an anthro wolf meaning that they're still at least partially anthro all the time because it's not like that part of them just disappears in their human form

Well, they can walk on two legs, which is anthro, but the other things that make a furry anthro, not in werewolves. So, you'd be correct. :]
