I came out of the closet last night. My greatest fear was telling my dad, but I got over it and told him. His reaction was terrifying. I've never seen him so mad. He told me I'd live to regret it and to change my mind before he did. But I'm glad I did it. It was great to finally see what the world looks like from that tiny dark confinement for the first time since I was 4 years old.
