"No, I was replying to the right comment."
No, Surly said you can add permanent amendments and you only disagree with it because of political purposes like not wanting to be recalled (you know you want to be president for life).
"You falsely claimed that permanent amendments can be added to the Constitution."
It doesn't edit nor repeal the constitution, it would be a permanent amendment and it doesn't say that we cannot add any articles but we yes, we cannot edit them.
But at the end of the day, Scar would decide if he can make the amendment permanent because he's the Supreme Court.
See Article 16 Sections 1 & 3...
Article 16: Security of the Common Sense Constitution
Section 1: The Common Sense Constitution is the law of the land. No law or Amendment can be in contradiction to the Constitution. Articles of the Common Sense Constitution cannot be edited or repealed; however, Amendments can.
Section 3: Once the initial Common Sense Constitution is passed by the Senate and Congress, Articles cannot be added to the Constitution, only Amendments can.
"But according to Article 16 Section 2 of the Constitution, amendments can be repealed by a 2/3 majority in Congress and the Senate and enacted by the President."
Yes I know that, but this only happens to temporary amendments like your ones that are in your imaginary made up constitution like...
• Ban on cartoon kissing
• LGBT content to be NSFW
• Ban on NSFW content meaning ban on LGBT.
We'll repeal your amendments on these issues.
"I see you have tried (and failed) to understand the Constitution, ONCE AGAIN..."
You're just misunderstanding the constitution like atheists misunderstand the bible.
