It manifests as a post-apocalyptic world where many demonic, necrotic, godlike entities inhabit. SCP-7095 is thought to be ruled by the "The Final Boss", whom is classified as SCP-7095-1. SCP-7095-1 is a humanoid entity that, looks mostly like a human male, wears a tuxedo, but has glowing eyes, and an echoing voice, similar to the voice that SCP-001 The Gate Guardian projects. It is thought that he sees everything within SCP-7095. Interviews with SCP-7095-1 is difficult, considering its unpredictable nature.
