If only they'd take the money their spending in Ukraine and focus it on some of the problems here...that would be nice. But I don't see that happening as long as Biden is in office.

Well, if Russia can stop negotiating like it's entitled to gain any new territory whatsoever after quite spectacularly losing their own war, that's something they can do to move things along.
