1. If the information comes attached with a Ron Paul meme claiming it's Happening, then it's Happening. However, check details of the meme - the progression of the Happening may be nascent, or advanced. (See: Chart)
2. If the Happening comes to you by way of a trusted source (including Fox News, Newsmax, OANN, InfoWars, and Before It's News - in increasing order of reliability), then it is likely Happening. Even the best get it wrong sometimes, however.
3. If you encounter the Happening on a social media platform populated by citizen-patriots that's not controlled by the Big Tech Oligarchy - and on that list I would include platforms like Gab, Parler, Telegram, Truth Social, Rumble, Bitchute, and Twitter (potentially, though its status is currently in flux) - then odds are that it is Happening. Caveat: cross-check yourself by comparing the information you see with things that other citizen-patriots are saying on the same subject. If, at the end of your investigation, you conclude that there is a Quantum of Happening, then it's safe to assume that the Happening is, in fact, Happening.
4. Storylines fed from Fake News Sources (and you know which ones they are) are certainly Not Happening.
5. If Donald Trump says It's Happening, then it is, ipso facto, Happening. For he is the One That Makes Things Happen. Proof: The Last Seven Years.
