If you are talking about the 'Anonymous' checkbox, it sadly does not work like that. None of my templates are anonymous, and yet, the templates still show 'an Imgflip user' on the template page.

Star trek data | That could be because you are looking at your own templates. Try logging out and looking at them that way, and see if it makes a difference. | image tagged in star trek data | made w/ Imgflip meme maker
